Activists gathered outside the British ambassador\u2019s residence, accusing London of supplying weapons used by Kiev to kill civilians<\/strong><\/p>\n More than 500 activists gathered outside the British ambassador\u2019s residence in Moscow on Thursday during a reception marking King Charles III\u2019s official birthday, accusing the UK of acting as a \u201csponsor of terrorism\u201d<\/em> through its military support for Ukraine.<\/p>\n Representing the Young Guard and Volunteer Company movements, the protesters held portraits of children from Donbass killed in Ukrainian strikes and chanted slogans including: \u201cBritain sows death,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u201cBritain \u2013 sponsor of Ukrainian terror,\u201d<\/em> and \u201cBritain \u2013 your weapons kill the elderly and children.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n As guests arrived for the annual diplomatic reception, Aleksandr Amelin, head of the Young Guard\u2019s Central Staff and a senior figure in the youth wing of the ruling United Russia party, accused London of fueling the conflict by supplying weapons to Kiev.<\/p>\n
