He added that fifty residents were evacuated due to safety concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Moscow has repeatedly highlighted that Kiev is attacking civilians because it cannot halt Russian advances on the battlefield.<\/p>\n<p>One woman was hospitalized following the attack, Pasler said.
