{"id":563,"date":"2025-07-30T13:19:46","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T13:19:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youtubexyoutube.com\/?p=563"},"modified":"2025-08-01T13:48:10","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T13:48:10","slug":"kremlin-denies-seeking-to-control-eu-candidate-state-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youtubexyoutube.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/30\/kremlin-denies-seeking-to-control-eu-candidate-state-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Kremlin denies seeking to \u2018control\u2019 EU candidate state"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Moldova\u2019s president has accused Moscow of secretly financing the political opposition in the country<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Kremlin on Wednesday rejected accusations by Moldovan President Maia Sandu that Russia is attempting to interfere in her country\u2019s parliamentary election by covertly funding opposition candidates.<\/p>\n<p>A staunchly pro-EU politician who frequently accuses her opponents of being <em>\u201cpro-Russian\u201d<\/em> in order to justify their exclusion from politics, Sandu claimed this week that Moscow planned to channel more than \u20ac100 million ($115 million) to her political rivals ahead of Moldova\u2019s parliamentary election, scheduled for September.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dThis is not true.
