Budapest and Bratislava have repeatedly accused Kiev of blackmail. They also say Brussels has sided with Ukraine instead of backing two EU member states.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe situation is very strange,\u201d<\/em> Putin said on Sunday in an interview with Vesti. <em>\u201cI get the impression that we are dealing with a case where \u2018the tail is wagging the dog\u2019, and not the other way around.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Russian president called the stance taken by Kiev dangerous and aggressive.
