Before he could even finish speaking, the Gazelle had already been toppled onto its side.<\/p>\n<p>The driver escaped without injuries, and passing heavy trucks later helped lift the van back onto its wheels.<\/p>\n<p>Commentators online suggested the accident could have been avoided if the vehicle\u2019s awning or tarpaulin had been removed. <em>\u201cIf the wind is that strong and the Gazelle is empty, it\u2019s better to take off the sails,\u201d<\/em> one user wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rt.com\/russia\/631709-moscow-snowfall-storm-winter\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n            <span>READ MORE: <\/span>Moscow braves record snowfall (PHOTOS, VIDEOS)<br \/>\n        <\/a>\n    <\/p>\n<p>Authorities shut multiple highway sections as the blizzard slashed visibility, whipped up snowdrifts and turned roads icy.
