His remarks followed a visit to the Kremlin by US President Donald Trump\u2019s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, which focused on the Ukraine conflict.<\/p>\n<p>In a post on X on Wednesday, Dmitriev, who is CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), thanked his followers in English for <em>\u201ckind wishes for a successful visit of Steve Witkoff to Moscow,\u201d<\/em> adding that <em>\u201cDialogue will prevail.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dmitriev was among the Russian officials to welcome Witkoff at Vnukovo Airport, and the two were later seen walking through Zaryadye Park near the Kremlin.
